The obverse design of the American Eagle Silver Bullion Coin is based on Adolph A. Weinman's "Walking Liberty" design produced from 1916 to 1947. The obverse includes the inscriptions Liberty, In God We Trust and the year.
Since 2021, the reverse shows an eagle coming in for a landing, carrying an oak branch, as if to add it to a nest designed by Emily Damstra, a member of the Artist Infusion Program.
